Begin in Bishkek: Issyk-Kul dawns, Son-Kul yurts, mountain trails. Via Charyn and Almaty to Dushanbe’s Silk Road spirit and Khujand’s color. Finish in Bukhara: markets, teahouses, domes. 19 days of roads and bazaars, horseback rides and starry nights, past Jeti-Ögüz cliffs and Chon-Kemin pastures.
