- Edinburgh - Inveraray - Oban. Setting off from Edinburgh, we journey past Stirling Castle, stopping at Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park en route to the town of Inveraray. This town is known for its pretty whitewashed buildings and home to the Campbell Clan and Duke of Argyll. We spend the afternoon exploring the area before making our way to the coastal town of Oban, known for its whisky and seafood.
